		<description>If it's any consolation we have the same problems in the UK, the demand for cheaper houseing amidst rising construction costs due to building regulations and rising house prices, has led to construction companies using th cheapest materials possible.  Of course if you buy a new house you can always upgrade,,,,, at a price!</description>
